PHILIP JOSEPH LACHAPELLE Peacefully, Philip Lachapelle passed away on May 6, 2003 at Health Sciences Centre with his family at his side. He is survived by very special friend Fatima, who cared for Phil and loved him dearly; son Justin; stepchildren, Mark, Shelly, Tyrone and their children; brothers and sisters in Montreal and British Columbia; and nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Lena in December 1993. Philip was born on October 26, 1936 in Montreal. He worked at Rehau for 22 years as a supervisor; he loved his job and enjoyed being with the employees. Thank you to all the staff at Rehau for their care and love. He was a private and generous person with a big heart, loved by many. The family wishes to thank Dr. G. Schroeder, Dr. H. Johnson and the staff at Health Sciences Centre. If friends so desire, they may send a donation to the CancerCare Manitoba. Memorial service will be held on Friday, May 9 at 12:30 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
